Harmeet Kaur Virdee is a double bassist, composer, and improviser based in Surrey, BC. She is currently a student at University of Toronto where she started her newest quartet. This group consists of musicians from across Canada and celebrates the compositional talents the next generation of Canadian musicians have to offer. Harmeet looks forward to having the opportunity to share connections and music she made while in Toronto with the community in her hometown.
