Join us at the Surrey Jazz Nights Jam Session on Saturday, May 23, from 4:00-6:00pm at the Surrey Nature Centre.
Harmeet Kaur Virdee is the Founder and Artistic Director of Surrey Jazz Nights. She will be facilitating this jam session with the help of her quartet and jam session hosts. This will be a safe and supportive space where youth and community musicians can come together, make new friends, and play music. There will be jam books and jam session hosts to assist everyone in having a great time jamming. Surrey Jazz Nights will provide the following equipment for jammers: full drum kit, bass amp, guitar amp, and keyboards.
This month’s hosts are: Harmeet Kaur Virdee (bass), Cale Fladager (harmonica), Ian Spring (guitar), Aidan Miller (drums), Annie Zeng (bass), and EJ Guy (drums).
